The cakes were BEYOND delicious!! All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed them...they were scraping the plates they came on and asking for more!! You will be receiving a call from this party...I can guarantee it dear! Although they were both delectable, the Key Lime with the citrus buttercream icing was the crowd favorite! I had to hide my piece girl! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jolie...you are the best! (and now my OFFICIAL CAKE BAKER!) ;)

When you posted the picture of your Strawberry Lemonade Cupcake I knew I had to have them. The cupcakes are just what you want a cupcake to be--a moist cake with lovely frosting that is sweet, but not too sweet . You will be hearing from me again very soon.

Nicholas & Enjolik, Thank you so much for doing such and outstanding job catering the BBQ I hosted this summer. Your attention to the little things is out of this world and the food was excellent. What I loved most was your BBQ short ribs and that Red Rice. I've been working on my own version of that rice so that I can have it whenever I want it but I have to say I haven't been able to nail it!!! It's certainly the first dish that I plan order at my next catered event. I Love LCQ!

Enjolik, My husband and I throughly enjoyed the New Years Day dinner you catered. My husband has asked me every week to re-create your Mac and Cheese but I haven't mastered it yet. He won't stop talking about it! We may have to have you cater all of our Holiday meals, especially the Mac and Cheese!!

My guests enjoyed all of the food and could not stop raving about it. Everyone on your team was helpful and respectful. The red velvet cake was sensuous, soft and sweet.
