When I look back on the night that I dreamed of starting Low Country Quisine, I always imagined that this journey would be filled with excitement, fun, and a lot of hard work. As we continue to grow as a company I am amazed at the doors that have been opened for us.
I've always enjoyed cooking and entertaining and I can't believe that I get to do it everyday and the fact that people pay me is just an added bonus! It amazes me that in 2 1/2 years I've prepared meals for hundreds of people... It's only the beginning of what LCQ has to offer!
