When I look back on the night that I dreamed of starting Low Country Quisine, I always imagined that this journey would be filled with excitement, fun, and a lot of hard work. As we continue to grow as a company I am amazed at the doors that have been opened for us.

I've always enjoyed cooking and entertaining and I can't believe that I get to do it everyday and the fact that people pay me is just an added bonus! It amazes me that in 2 1/2 years I've prepared meals for hundreds of people... It's only the beginning of what LCQ has to offer! Stay tuned to the Low Country Quisine blog for my personal stories about our business, recipes, and all the funny things that happen along the way! As we always say, It's "Yesterday's Recipes, Today's Attitude"!

The Baileys plan to develop Low Country Quisine into a full service event(s) venue (or two), as well as package and distribute some of their most popular menu items to make them available in supermarkets and specialty grocery stores and eventually for mail order.
